Namibian management hunt for Elephant

Help manage the healthy elephant population in the Zambezi region

The hunted elephant will NOT be exportable! 

This is a 6-hunting day safari in the Zambezi Region of northeastern Namibia. You will be hunting one management ELEPHANT BULL, which means that your trophy won't be exportable, as the meat is used locally. The elephant will be hunted on foot, and only OLD BULLS with broken teeth are hunted.

All hunting will take place in the Zambezi Region (Old East Caprivi) in the northeastern part of Namibia. There are four hunting 'blocks' where three of them are bordering each other. The fourth is one hour’s drive away from the others. All concessions are bordering the Chobe river, and more specifically the Chobe National Park in Botswana. The area is 150 000 ha, where the elephants roam freely. This is mainly a wetland system forming impressive floodplains to the east, bordering a large mopane savannah woodland to the west, with deep alluvial soils and an average rainfall of between 450-1000 mm a year.

An extraordinary Namibian experience

You will fly to Windhoek i.e. Hosea Kutako International Airport, from where you'll take a road shuttle to Eros Airport in Windhoek, for their two-hour Air Namibia flight with a JET to Katima Mulilo where you will be met by a representative from our outfitter. The hunting camps are all located approximately one and a half hour from the airport.

The accommodation will be a choice in one of four luxury tented camps, all with en-suite bathrooms, hot and cold showers, flush toilets and washbasins. The area is a mere 3 hours drive from Victoria Falls and Tiger fishing can also be done in the Chobe River.
